Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and related communications of American Heritage Reproductions, LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including inquiry forms, estimates, and information about custom furniture, millwork, and reproduction services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our website or engaging with us regarding a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Specific commissions are also governed by separate written agreements, estimates, and invoices, which control if they conflict with this general online policy.

These terms address project scoping, intellectual property in drawings and designs, use of third-party materials and hardware, account or portal access where offered, termination of discussions or contracts, and the limits of warranties—so expectations stay clear between American Heritage Reproductions, LLC and our clients and site visitors.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shop drawings, design development, specifications, templates, and fabrication methods prepared by the Company remain the intellectual property of American Heritage Reproductions, LLC. Clients receive a license to use delivered work for its intended purpose (e.g., installation in the specified location). Reproduction of our designs for resale or competitive manufacture without authorization is prohibited.

Third-party products & services

Projects may incorporate veneers, hardware, finishes, glass, stone, freight, or installation services from third parties. Those components are subject to the suppliers' terms and warranties. We will identify major third-party items in proposals where relevant.

Accounts & communications

If we provide a client portal, shared folder, or project email thread, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account or approved representatives.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue website features or decline future work when necessary to protect craft quality, safety, or business operations. Active commissions are wound down according to the applicable contract, including payment for work completed and materials ordered.

Disclaimer

The website and any preliminary discussions are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. American Heritage Reproductions, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee that every inquiry will result in a commission or that illustrative timelines will apply to your specific scope.
